In field azure, on rocks proper, a tower argent (representing the Tower of Hercules), masoned sable, topped with a beacon gules, accompanied with seven scallop shells or, three on each flank, one in the tip; surmounted on the rocks, a skull argent, crowned or, two bones proper arranged saltirewise.
