English: Cmdr. Jay Plummer, the chaplain for the Coast Guard 9th District in Cleveland, lays a wreath at the site where the Battle of Lake Erie took place in 1813 during a bicentennial anniversary ceremony held on Lake Erie aboard U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Biscayne Bay, homeported in St. Ignace, Mich., Sept. 10, 2013. Plummer, as well as representatives from the U.S. Navy, Canada and Native American Tribes, placed the wreaths to remember those killed during the War of 1812.
