Coast Guard active duty, reserve and civilian workforce participated in the educational presentation and celebration, which was held at the Hale Boggs Federal Building in New Orleans and coordinated by the Eighth U.S. Coast Guard District Leadership Diversity Advisory Committee and regional Civil Rights Directorate team.
