Description
English: Pottery; Coarseware fabric includes abundant large shell fragments.

Vessel. Sherd from body of a wheel-thrown coarseware vessel, perhaps a storage jar. Fabric appears reddish at fracture surfaces, but inner and outer surfaces are dark grey. Suggested date: Roman (finder’s identification), 1-400.

Length: 97.42mm, Thickness: 11mm, Weight: 106.75gms.
