Deutsch: Expressionsmuster des Gens "Cannabinoidrezeptor Typ 1" (Cnr1) im Mausembryo
The activity of a gene in a mouse embryo at embryonic stage E14.5 (after 14.5 of a total of 19.5 days of pregnancy). In situ hybridization was used to visualize the presence of the mRNA and thus the activity of the cannabinoid receptor type 1 (Cnr1) gene in a 25 micrometer-thick frozen section, which appears as a dark blue color, among other things, be seen in various areas of the brain and in the spinal cord.
