Richard Martin House, located at 825 Kendall Drive, Nashville, TN. 1.04 acres. • National Register of Historic Place (designated 2007). • Nashville-Davidson County Historical Commission Architectural Award. • House built in 1956 by architect Robert Bruce Draper (1927-2018), an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright. Elements of Wright’s Usonian house can be seen throughout.
