Summary
[edit]DescriptionClimbing Compton Chine - geograph.org.uk - 608865.jpg |
English: Climbing Compton Chine There is a way up from the beach up Compton Chine, but it is not recommended. It is a natural break in the steepness of the cliffs either side, but the terrain is rough, slippery and comprises sticky clay and sandstone. Taking a breather, this view looks west towards Freshwater Cliff, which is chalk and definitely not climbable. |
