Clementine Helen Spurzem Tierney. Clementine's maiden name was Spurzem and she married John Lester Tierney. Tierney raised Robert Philip Tierney, Sr. Robert Philip Tierney, Sr. was the father of Robert Philip Tierney, Jr. whose name was changed in 1992 to Robert Philip Webb.
