Summary
[edit]DescriptionCity Sightseeing bus in Oxford, England 02 - St Aldate's.jpg |
English: Tappins Coaches bus 53 (reg. MUI 7853), a 1990 Dublin Bus RH-class Alexander (Belfast) bodied Leyland Olympian open top double-decker, pictured in St Aldate's, Oxford, operating the company's City Sightseeing franchise. It was new to Dublin Bus as their dual-door fleet no. RH12 (reg. 90 D 1012). Having been withdrawn by April 2002 it was exported to Tappins via dealer Ensignbus by March 2003, who converted it to open top single door configuration. Having been initially given the age-appropriate UK registration plate G951 FVX, by May 2003 it had been re-registered with the age-masking cherished plate, MUI 7853. |
