The Roseraie is one of the most important districts of Angers (Maine-et-Loire). It currently has approximately 24,000 habitants in nearly 8,500 housing units (55% of which are social housing units). despite a difficult economic context and a rate of family living below the still important poverty line, it has never been classified as a "sensitive urban area". (Wikipedia) Nonetheless, when you cross it, it is not uncommon to see women completely veiled (though it is forbidden by law in France), savage scenes of urban rodeo and to pass there in front of open-air drug dealing points, including one a few tens of meters of this beautiful 2cv, in front of the small shopping center. It is much rarer to see the police there.
