Description
English: Cindy Colbert, lead singer of the Cindy and the Steele Rose Band, sang the national anthem during Operation Welcome Home at Moose Lodge 1380 in Manassas, Va. The Sept. 19 event was in honor of families of the fallen from Prince William County, Va., and veterans of the global war on terrorism and their families.
