English: Church pennant
Church pennant that belonged to Henry York Ganderton, Leading Signalman HMS 'Engadine' who served at the battle of Jutland, 1916. Special pennant hoisted to show that the ship's company are taking part in a religious service. Wool bunting, machine-sewn. Rope and two Inglefield clips attached.
