| Description |
Church Street, Monmouth in the 1980s. Notice WHSmith in the background. There used to be a Gateway supermarket (pre-Somerfield) nearby. Major shops gradually migrated to larger sites at the lower end of Monnow Street and Agincourt Square filled up with charity shops and estate agents (in the main). These pictures were taken in the 1980s and 1990s using a film camera so the EXIF information (if any) refers only to the scan date. All images were scanned from 35mm transparencies. |
