Description
English: Algae, dead man's rope (Chorda filum), in the water of Brofjorden by a jetty in Rixö Marina, Lysekil Municipality, Sweden. The fronds are covered with very fine hairs, about 1-3 mm long. almost like a fur. Normally these fine hairs are almost invisible, but this time the fjord was rich with micro plant matter and debris that got caught in the hairs and this made the structure visible.
