One of the most wholesome roods known, and much relished by most people. Most physicians agree that the free use of Onions as a food is a healthful and beneficial stimulant to the system. Success or failure depends upon the quality of the seed sown. The best Onion seed is al- ways the cheapest. We are certain that ours is as good as can be found anywhere. Have the ground made very fine, deep and rich for Onions, and keep free from weeds. Large Red Wethersfield—A favorite red-skinned sort, of large size and handsome appearance. Onions somewhat flattened, flesh purplish-white, high-flavored, and keeps well without rotting. A standard sort and a great fav- orite with market gardeners. Pkt., re; oz., 20c.; lb., $2.75. Yellow Globe Danvers—Another popular Onion widely rown for market. Plump, nanisorae, ycliow skinned ulbs, very uniform, round and perfect. We have an extra fine strain of this. It does w 3d everywhere, and in all soils and climates, and is everywhere a popular market sort. Pkt., 5c.; oz., 20c.; i!)., $2.50. Extra Early Red—A quick growing variety much liked in the North, as it grows w< il \.i cold, mucky sons, where other sorts fail. Pkt., 5C; oz., L'fu? ; lb., $2.7 5. Southport White Globe—A globular, mild flavored Onion of fine appearance and superior quality. The most popular White Globe variety. Pkt., 10c*: oz., 30c- lb., $4.00. Australian Brown—A medium sized, smooth, handsome Onion, with a beautiful brown skin. Hard, solid, crisp, llnely flavored and a good keeper. In lact one of me very best Onions grown. Season very earlv. Pkt.. 5^ • oz., 15c; lb., §1.60.. Winter op Tree O^ioi). In this we have an Onion different from those ra'?ed from seeds or sets, or from the Top Onions, Potato Onion in the fact that when once set out, without the slightest protection, it will come up year aftsr year as soon as the rrost breaks the ground, and grows so r, nldly that it is ready for market or home use txvo or three weeks before any of them. It is usually ready for the table early in May. It is unsurpassed for sweetne** and tenderness. It is perfectly hardy in all sections oi the North. Differs widely from all other forms of Onions, and should have a placo in every garden. Pint, 15c; quart, 2 5c. Postpaid. Bj express, not prepaid, peck, 75c; bushel, $2.50. GfyiVeS. (Early Onion.) An old favorite garden plant, which is now rarely seen, yet is one of the most desirable and delicious of the Onion family. The tender succulent tops are ready to cut as soon as the snow goes off, and may be cut frequently like Asparagus all the spring and used for salads, flavoring soups, dressing or for eating raw. It is most healthful and appetizing and no garden is complete without it. Seed, which is very rare. 15c. per pkt.; 2 pkts., for 2 5c.
