PANAMA. The Novel Round. The color of this splendid Canna is unusual, being an attractive rich orange-red, with a well defined edge of bright golden yellow. The flowers are very large, the petals being almost round and the immense spread of the individual blooms, coupled with the early, free-flowering habit and unique coloring, make this Canna most note- worthy It always gets special attention wherever shown. 3 feet. 40c. each; $4.00 per dozen. OLYMPIC. The Superb. The color effect presented by Olympic is new in Can- nas and most fascinating. It is a distinctly new departure, being the most captivating shade of rich, oriental red. with center flamed a lighter shade and dappled Carmine. Individual blossoms are of the largest size, and tlie huge clusters make heads that are simply immense. Four to six strong bloom-stalks are produced in a season, with two and often three heads of glorious flowers to each stalK. 4 feet. 7 5c. each; $7.50 per dozen. MRS. CONARD. Peerless Pink. The best pink Canna ever introduced and unsurpassed for planting either singly or in large beds. The exquisite salmon-pink flowers are of largest size and so freely pro- duced as to keep up a superb showing for months. 4 feet. 40c. each; $4.00 per dozen. YELLOW KING HUMBERT. A Sport. From the famous King Humbert having green foliage, and flowers of a beautiful yellow spotted crimson. In all other respects it is just like King Humbert. A great acquisition. 50c, each. THE NEW ORDER OF BIG-FLOWERED DWARF CANNAS, The following glorious new Cannas represent a new race of which King Humbert may be said to be the fore- runner. They are dwarf in habit, of the true bedding style but with flowers of unheard of grandeur, as to size, form and color. Some of them are Tinches across and of fine substance, unlike the flaccid texture of old Cannas. Their magnificence will astonish all who plant them. FIRE BIRD. The Peerless Cardinal. This is the finest Canna ever introduced, the size and glory of its blossoms are almost incredible. Flowers or the most intense cardinal scarlet, 7 inches across the great wide petals flaming out like a torch. "Substance good and petals stand out flat, rarely rolling up as do so many of the large sorts. Blooms very early and very freely. Leaves rich green; height 4 feet. 60c. each; 2 for §1.00; $5.00 per dozen. ROSEA GIGANTEA. The Immense. The giant-size flowers are wonderful It is a prodig- ious bloomer, with °reat flower heads" of soft rose to carmine pink, darker than Mrs. Conard, and by some preferred. It has recently received the highest award ac- corded any Canna. the Award of Merit from the Horticul- tural Society of England. 3U feet. 50c. each; .$5.00 per dozen. WABASH. The Bronze King. â A "Bronze-leaved Rosea gigantea." This flower has the same great size and carmine-pink color as that famous lovelty, but exquisite bronzy leaves. It is truly the bronze King, so large, so magnificent and so exquisitely colored. 4 feet. 50c. each; 84.00 per dozen. One each of these 7 grandest Cannas for $3.CG. Giant Orchid-Flowered Cannas. These are the tall growing sorts with immense blooms of great beauty and known as Italian Cannas. AllemaniaâEnormous flowers, 6 inches across, petals 2% inches wide. Bright yellow and orange-crimson, beau- tifully spotted and variegated. Finest spotted sort. Possibly this is the most showy individual flower a- mong Cannas. 4 feet. Indianaâ4 feet. Color is a glistening golden orange daintily marked and striped with red. Single blossoms are often 7 inches across. Like Wyo, but ha* green foliage. Pennsylvaniaâ6 feet. The flowers are pure deep scarlet, of immense size. A most excellent sort. Pacific BeautyâVery large, black foliage, often finely striped and variegated. Flowers orange crimson. A truly magnificent sort, and best of its color. 4 feet. Uncle SamâGlorious deep, rich, flery-red of marvelous beauty. Extra large and fine blossoms 5 feet. Wyomingâ(7 feet)âThis is one of the most maje>tic Cannas in the Orchid-flowering class, with the addition- al attraction of having a luxuriant growth of rich, pur- ple foliage. Great plumes of massive orange-colored blossoms. Except in color it is much like King Humbert. 20c. each; $2.00 per doz.; the 6 for $1.00.
