Summary
[edit]DescriptionChicago Pedway Metra Electric platforms (52177570337).jpg |
This set of photos shows the Metra Electric train platforms on the lower level of Chicago's Millennium Station. This is the former Illinois Central suburban South Water Street / Randolph Station terminal, now part of Millennium Station. In fact, the sign on the ramp points the way to "Randolph Street Station", a name Metra no longer uses. Why are these photos in the Pedway album? Because the Metra Electric platforms actually are an unmapped underground link between the main Pedway and the Illinois Center pedway segments. This view looks south. Photo taken April 2022. |
