Summary
[edit]DescriptionCherry Garth, Keyingham - geograph.org.uk - 195381.jpg |
English: Cherry Garth, Keyingham, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Cherry Garth, the small field to the west of Church Lane, Keyingham was considered for the site of a new cemetery in 1895 but Hull Road brewer James Jackson complained about possible contamination to his water supply and the cemetery was sited on Eastfield Road instead. Highland cows and calves are now a regular feature here. |
