Summary
[edit]DescriptionChenar-bagh 0.jpg |
English: A superbly composed Bremner image, from the trees and boat in the foreground, the reflective lake stretching back towards a Hindu temple on the banks. Compositional order is balanced by the disordered leaves and branches we are peering through, our gaze uplifted by the rich texture of a collotype. Few early photographers and postcard publishers managed to use this printing process as well as Fred Bremner. |
