Description WASHINGTON – Today, Wednesday, June 8 at 12:30 p.m., U.S. Sens. Tom Udall (D-N.M.), David Vitter (R-La.) and Environment and Public Works Committee Chairman Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) and additional Senate and House cosponsorsof chemical safety reform will hold a news conference in the Senate Radio & TV Gallery, S-325, regarding last night's Senate vote to send landmark reform of the nation's broken 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act to the president for his signature.
