Description
English: The de-mapped western end of 23rd Street running through Chelsea Waterside Park, part of Hudson River Park, at West 23rd Street between 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue (West Side Highway) in Chelsea, Manhattan. The current park was constructed in the late 1990s. To the south (right) is the land of the original Thomas F. Smith Park. To the north (left) is the portion of the park constructed on a former industrial block.
