Coats of arms of Charkov Gubernia

Описание герба: в зеленом поле крест-накрест золотой рог изобилия и кадуцей, жезл которого золотой, а крылья и змея серебряные. Щит увенчан короной Российской Империи и обрамлён золотыми дубовыми листьями, обвитыми Андреевской лентой. Данный герб с короной (после реформы Бориса Кене).
Герб (современная реконструкция) нарисован крайне небрежно. Ярко-зелёно-изумрудный цвет действительности не соответствует.
