Chapel dates

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Chapel dates The slate plaque informs us that the chapel was founded in 1784 and opened as a place of worship the following year; it was rebuilt and re-opened 100 years later. In the very early years non-conformists met in family homes, barns or even the open air until they could collect enough funds to erect a chapel.
