Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description If this is part of the daily Guard change then they have too many instruments. In my day the St. James's Palace Guard only had Fifes and Drums, something has changed in the interim. This looks like a 1930s crowd policed by only one officer that I can see. The building on the right is the Queen's Chapel by Inigo Jones.
