Description
English: 150605-N-GG458-197 NORFOLK (June 5, 2015) - Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group TWO Rear Adm. Cynthia Thebaud presents Cmdr. Greg Baker with a Meritorious Service Medal for his exceptional service as commanding officer during a change of command ceremony held onboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24).
