English: Two U.S. Navy Vought A-7E Corsair II aircraft on the aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) on 31 January 1985. Aircraft NF-400 was the personal aircraft of the squadron commander of Attack Squadron 56 (VA-56) "Champions", whereas the shark-mouthed A-7E NF-305 belonged to VA-93 "Ravens". Both squadrons were assigned to Carrier Air Wing 5 (CVW-5) aboard the Midway. |
