Français : Le château fut édifié en 1902 dans un style emprunt de classicisme par René Philippon, spécialiste des sciences occultes, grand collectionneur et entomologiste.
Il devient le rendez-vous du Tout-Paris artistique et littéraire où vinrent : Paul Valéry, Dunoyer de Segonzac et les Pitoëff. Abandonné dès 1938, il fut acheté en 1946 par Madame De Gaulle pour établir la fondation Anne De Gaulle, créée en mémoire d'une de ses filles, handicapée. L'ouverture a lieu en 1947. Cette institution est financée en grande partie par les droits d'auteur du général De Gaulle et accueille des jeunes filles handicapées mentales. |
