Le château de Torrechiara est un imposant château construit par Pier Maria Rossi (it), comte de San Secondo entre 1448 et 1460, dans le hameau homonyme de la commune de Langhirano, dans la province de Parme dominant le Val Parma et une abbaye bénédictine du xve siècle. En plus d'un moyen de défense, le château fut conçu comme une élégante demeure pour le comte et sa maîtresse Bianca Pellegrini de Arluno, pour laquelle il créera au centre de l'édifice une splendide chambre d'or décorée par Benedetto Bembo. |
