Summary

[edit]
Description The Hôtel Belvédère du Rayon Vert is one of the most emblematic buildings in Cervera de la Marenda (or Cerbère) in the Northern Catalonia (France). Designed in the art deco style by Léon Baille, and built between 1928 and 1932, it had its own cinema, and a tennis court on the roof. Its name refers to the green flash, a meteorological optical phenomenon splendidly described by Jules Verne in The Green Ray.
