Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Sesuai surat edaran Bupati Bantul nomor 025/565/Perindagkop tgl. 21 Agustus 2014 tentang Penggunaan batik Motif Ceplok Kembang Kates dan hasil rapat terpadu Disperindagkop dengan intansi terkait dan perajin batik Rabu, (21/01/15), ditegaskan lagi perihal penggunaan batik motif ceplok kembang kates. Dari info yang disampaikan Kesi Irawati (Ka.Bid. Perindustrian) Kamis (29/01), diharapkan sekali seluruh eksponen masyarakat Bantul bisa menggunakan pakaian batik dengan motif tersebut di atas. Setelah ditetapkannya Yogyakarta sebagai Kota Batik Dunia oleh World Craft Council (WCC) pada perayaan ulang tahun ke 50 di Zhejiang Tiongkok, 18-24 Oktober 2014 silam, Pemkab Bantul melalui Disperindagkop dan BAPPEDA mengembangkan batik motif khusus Ceplok Kembang Kates. Walaupun belum menjadi icon Bantul, namun seluruh masyarakat Bantul diharapkan dapat menggunakannya dalam berbagai event.
