Aquiraz Riviera, a 40 km do Aeroporto de Fortaleza (CE), é fruto de uma parceria entre um dos grandes grupos econômicos locais e investidores internacionais, num empreendimento que ocupa uma área total de 300 hectares; com 1.800 metros de frente para o mar e o primeiro campo de Golf do Ceará. Talvez além dos parceiros comerciais e investidores, o estado também tenha algum proveito com esse empreendimento, no mínimo por meio da arrecadação de impostos, geração de emprego e renda. Afinal, qualquer obra contribui para o crescimento do PIB. Pergunto-me se sustentabilidade não é apenas mais uma palavra “da hora”. Como um projeto que acaba com as características naturais de uma praia inteira, substituindo vegetação nativa por grama, e que declaradamente pretende criar uma "Veneza” no Ceará, pode ser aprovado pelos órgãos ambientais? |
