Description
Español: Construcción de la torre donde se ubica el reloj del Parque Universitario. La colonia Alemana, una de las más antiguas afincadas en el Perú, obsequió una torre con reloj, que está ubicada en el Parque Universitario. Este monumento contiene un mecanismo conectado a una serie de campanas que hacía que, a las doce del mediodía, tañese el Himno Nacional del Perú.
