Description
Français : Le peintre et le sculpteur L.A. Acuña (1904-1994) fut nettement influencé par les travaux de Picasso et l'art précolombien.

Installé dans une belle demeure, qui mérite une visite à elle seule, ce musée présente de nombreuses oeuvres de l'artiste colombien, ainsi que des pièces archéoloiguqes mises au jour par l'artiste et ses amis. Le patio, dans lequel on peut admirer une peinture murale et des sculptures de l'artiste, témoigne de la fascination de ce dernier pour la mythologie et les contes indigènes.

Featuring works by one of Colombia's most influential painters, sculptors, writers and historians, who was inspired by sources ranging from Muisca mythology to contemporary art. This museum has been set up in the mansion where Acuña (1904–93) lived for the last 15 years of his life and is Colombia's most comprehensive collection of his work.
