"Gral. Don José Rondeau

Mi apreciado Señor General deseo tener la noticia siguiente: el día en que usted se recibió del mando de Director Supremo de la República Argentina. El día que usted entregó el mismo destino y si se puede la fecha también del decreto de abolición de la plaza de toros bajo la firma de usted esto no urge, cuando usted pueda; cuando tenga el gusto de verlo le informaré del motivo que tengo para ser importuna confiada en la bondad que me ha dispensado siempre, y en la persuasión de soberana correspondencia de los sentimientos de esta nación y amistad que le profesa. Su atenta y afecta
