Summary
[edit]DescriptionCarex scopulorum var. bracteosa (2018).jpg |
English: Mountain sedge seemed to have darker and a bit more inflated perigynia in the understory settings between New Army Pass and Crabtree Meadows. The two style branches emanating from the perigynia tip and the tight head of spikelets subtended by a short bract are suggestive of mountain sedge. Calamagrostis muiriana is the purple-headed grass in the background to the right. |
