Summary
[edit]DescriptionCaptured Japanese Naval Gun, Tulagi, circa 1942.jpg |
English: “CAPTURED IN PERFECT CONDITION--- This Japanese three-inch naval gun in the Solomons process that the approach of U.S. Marines was enough to cause the Jap gun crew to flee, leaving their weapon in perfect condition, and their protecting sand bags undamaged. Commanding an imposed background as it does, the gun could be turned on venturesome Japs who may attempt to return to the Solomons.”
