Description
English: Fracture of the left capitulum humeri; X-ray exposure in lateral direction (for a.-p.-projection see Capitulum_humeri_Fraktur_1.jpg. We find a large dislocation of the capitulum (->arrow), there is no more contact with the caput radii. Surgical reconstruction of the joint is urgently necessary.
Deutsch: Fraktur des Capitulum humeri links, Röntgenbild im seitlichen Strahlengang (gleiche Fraktur in a.-p.-Projektion siehe Capitulum_humeri_Fraktur_1.jpg). In dieser Projektion ist die vollständige Dislokation des Capitulums (->Pfeil) nach ventral zu sehen, es hat keinen Kontakt mehr mit dem Radiusköpfchen; eine operative Rekonstruktion des Gelenkes ist dringend erforderlich.
