English: Child's cape and bodice; bodice of christening robe, hand embroidered; cape, hand embroidered white cape with broderie anglaise trim round edges Very fine white cotton short bodice for baby.Full length sleeve dning in upturned cuff with handmade button. All edges trimmed with handmade bobbin lace and hand embroidered featherstitch. V shaped ruched insert front bodice and ruched detail on shoulders edged with handmade broderie anglais bands and feather stitch. Fastens at waist and neck with drawstrings. Faint soiling.
