Jamie Knox's Watersports facility is visited by people from around the world for the fine surfing available in Brandon and Tralee Bays, website here http://www.jamieknox.com/ while the sandy soil of the spit of land has long been used for the cultivation of vegetables and in particular cabbages, carrots, potatoes and onions. |
