Description
English: The en:Canadian Duality Flag, a Canadian flag that has been charged with two blue strips, standing for the Francophone population in Canada. Designed by Hank Gigandet in the 1990's; the blue strips are 25% of the total red section of the flag. See http://www.trcf.ca/ for more information. (en:commons:Category:Flags of Canada) Aspect ratio modified for projects that require an aspect ratio of 3:2.
