Description

Camp Hooghly, north of Calcutta, India on the Hooghly river. 3105th Signal Service Battalion (US Army). Part of the 835 Signal Service Battalion. Part of the CBI Theater (China, Burma, India). In late 1945 Camp Hooghly was turned over to the British. History of this unit can be seen here:
