Português: Calendário. Tecido, madeira. Lituânia, 1990. Doação Jenny Marcinkievicius Bumbles. Acervo Museu da Imigração de São Paulo. O calendário que aparece na fotografia data de 1990, quando o país se tornou independente da antiga União Soviética. O calendário também traz as cores da bandeira nacional, que voltou a ser usada nesse ano depois de um longo período em que permaneceu proibida pelo regime soviético.

The calendar dates from 1990, when the country of Lithuania became independent from the former Soviet Union. The calendar also carries the national flag colors, which in this year started to be used again after a long period during which they were considered forbidden by the soviet regime. |
