Description
Català: Una de les dues calderes de que disposa la planta de generació de calor per a calefacció i aigua pel barri de la Granja de Molins de Rei. A dins es crema fusta. Els gasos es filtren a través d'un cicló i les cendres s'envïen a un abocador. El CO2 s'aboca a l'atmosfera. La planta utilitza una de les dues calderes mentre que l'altra només s'usa mentre l'habitual es renta o se li fa manteniment. Normalment no caldria tenir dues ja que una és suficient. Uns pocs dies a l'any, durant unes poques hores, aquesta caldera necessita recolzament d'altres calderes de gas natural, també pertanyents a la planta.
