Nederlands: Deze drie-snarige getokkelde langhalsluit is een zg. 'binnenspiesluit': de hals loopt door de klankkast van een schildpadschild heen tot bijna aan het andere uiteinde. De nylon snaren lopen van de stempennen over een kam naar het uiteinde van de spies, die is ingekerfd in de vorm van een vork met tandjes, waaraan de snaren bevestigd worden. Dit is zichtbaar doordat er een gat in het klankbord van leer is gemaakt. De hals is blauw en rood geverfd, met geometrische inkepingen en bovenaan een mannenkopje met rode muts.
Dit instrument is vermeodelijk voor toeristen gemaakt, want een professionnele muzikant 'Lotar speler ' gebruikt uitsluitende klankkasten van hout en zelden van schildpad. (De snaren en de kam ontbreken; het instrument ziet er ongebruikt uit.). |
