Nederlands: Bidsnoer. Dit bidsnoer bestaat uit rode en zwarte zeekoralen kralen. Het telt 66 kleine ronde kralen van zwart zeekoraal, 26 ronde kleine kralen van bloedkoralen kralen, 1 ronde grote bloedkoraal, 1 flesvormige en 1 rondvormige zwarte kraal die met witte punten is bewerkt. De vijf gele kralen zijn van glas.
Het bidsnoer werd waarschijnlijk vanuit India overgenomen en voor het eerst in de 9e eeuw waargenomen. Vandaag de dag wordt het gebruikt door pelgrims, derwisjen en gelovigen. De meeste bidsnoeren bestaan uit 99 of 33 kralen, maar ook andere aantallen komen voor. De 99 kralen symboliseren de 99 namen ("al-asma al-husna") van God. Aan het eind van het snoer vindt men een sluitkraal (YAD) waaraan soms een kwast is vastgemaakt. De langere bidsnoeren hebben vaak twee grotere peervormige kralen (IMAM) die het bidsnoer in drie groupjes delen. Men bidt met het bidsnoer na de verplichte dagelijkse gebeden. Tegenwoordig kan men in dagelijks leven in het Midden Oosten vaak mannen en vrouwen zien met bidsnoeren. Het bidsnoer heeft in dit geval de functie van "accessoire" en status symbool. .
