Undetermined language : Efaku Eulukawahe / Eulucawáhe
Deutsch: Kriegstrophäe, Amulett. Herkunft: Enggano bei Sumatra; Material: Sitzende Männerfigur aus einem Stück Holz geschnitzt, 13 rote Glasperlenschnüre; Gesamtlänge: 63 cm. Am Ende der Schnüre waren ehemals die Fingernägel erschlagener Feinde angebracht, die weitgehend bei den musealen Objekten heute fehlen. Diese Trophäen wurden von den engganesischen Frauen am Nacken befestigt und am Rücken bei Festen und Zeremonien zur Schau der kriegerischen Heldentaten ihrer Männer getragen. Die Eigenbezeichnung in Enggano ist: eulucawáhe (Eulukawahe) oder eodiquadiha. Erworben anlässlich der Weltausstellung Paris 1900 für das Tropenmuseum Amsterdam (Inventarnr. 15-565).
