Description
English: A Post Medieval silver sixpence of Elizabeth I, dating from AD 1561-1565. Initial mark: Pheon. Tower mint of London. Cf. North 1991 Vol II, p. 134, no. 1997. This coin is extremely worn on its surface and has been bent partly in half, probably from in situ damage.
