English: REPUBLICAN PARTY POLITICIAN WHO REPRESENTED NEW JERSEY'S 8TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT IN THE UNITED STATES HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FROM 1895 TO 1903, AND THE 5TH DISTRICT FROM 1903 TO 1911. LATER THE HOUSE BECAME VAIL-DEANE SCHOOL FOR GIRLS. LATER IT MOVED TO MOUNTAINSIDE BUT IS NOW CLOSED. THIS BUILDING IS NOW USED AS A MOSQUE
