Description A Canadian CF-18B Hornet from the 409th Squadron at Cold Lake, Alberta (Canada), returns to Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho (USA), after a simulated training mission on 23 September 2009 during exercise "Gunfighter Flag". The 409th's Hornets participated as friendly "blue air forces" during the exercise. "Gunfighter Flag", which ran from 14 to 24 September, was Mountain Home's first large-scale, multi-national exercise which brought more than 450 personnel from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and Canadian air force to the base.
