Description
Deutsch: Die Lokomotiven bespannen in Doppeltraktion einen Kesselwagenzug. Die Maschinen mit dieselhydraulischem Antrieb wurden von der DB-Baureihe 212 abgeleitet, die Drehgestelle stammen von der DB-Reihe 216 und ihren Nachfolgern. Die Lokomotiven wurden mit SA3-Mittelpufferkupplungen und zusätzlichen Rangierkupplungen für Wagen mit Schraubenkupplung ausgerüstet, nach mehreren Jahren Erfahrung nutzte und nutzt man diese Rangierkupplung auch im Reisezugdienst.
